Terms of Service

Welcome to keebs.sg. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing

  • We are based in Singapore and currently accept local orders only.
  • Custom build orders typically require 1–2 weeks for completion.
  • As a small business, stock is limited. We aim to ship standard orders within 1 week.
  • Orders placed after 2PM are processed on the next working day.
  • Processing and lead times may vary depending on workload and demand.
  • Self-pickup is available — please contact us to arrange collection.

2. Shipping

  • Orders ship on working days (Mon–Fri) only.
  • Standard tracked delivery via SingPost courier takes approximately 2 working days.
  • For alternative delivery methods (e.g., Grab, Lalamove), please contact us directly.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are granted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Orders not yet shipped and without additional services (lubing, assembly, modifications) may be cancelled, subject to processing charges.
  • All refunds incur a 5% transaction fee plus any applicable payment processing charges (e.g., 4% for card payments).
  • Refunds are not provided in cases such as:

    -> Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by the customer

    -> Refusal to pay import duties, provide delivery signatures, or comply with courier requirements

    -> Packages lost or damaged after delivery to an intermediary or due to customer-arranged delivery methods


4. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Warranty

  • All keyboards include a 2-week warranty, covering:

    -> Assembly or soldering defects

    -> Faulty/unresponsive keys

    -> Stabilizer issues caused by build error
  • Warranty claims require the product to be returned to our location for servicing.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., stabilizer rattle after lube dries)
  • Aging-related issues (e.g., dried lube)
  • User-caused damage, including water exposure, drops, dents, scratches, improper disassembly, incorrect software flashing, or other misuse

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Lubes and other consumables
  • Pre-order products
  • Custom products (custom-built keyboards, lubed/filmed switches, personalized items)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

7. Keyboard Battery Use

  • All keyboards include a USB-C cable.
  • For safe charging, use the provided cable with a laptop or PC.
  • Do not charge via wall sockets or extension plugs, as this may damage the battery.
  • Battery damage caused by improper charging is not covered under warranty.

8. Service Cancellations

  • Services (switch lubing, assembly, stabilizer tuning, soldering, de-soldering) are fully refundable if work has not started.
  • Example: If you order a custom build with assembly but cancel before work begins, you will receive the parts individually and a refund for the service fee.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Contact us at keebs.sg@gmail.com within 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • We will review your claim and resolve the issue accordingly.

10. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
  • All refunds are subject to a 5% transaction fee and any applicable payment processing charges.
