Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, original packaging, and all included accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To begin a return, please email us at keebs.sg@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

All keyboards purchased from keebs.sg include a 2-month warranty, covering:

  • Incorrect assembly
  • Soldering issues
  • Faulty keys
  • Stabilizer rattling caused by build error

Warranty claims require the keyboard to be returned to our office for servicing.

Warranty exclusions:

  • General wear and tear (e.g., lube drying, stabilizer rattle after 2 months)
  • User damage (e.g., water, drops, scratches, dents, improper disassembly, incorrect software flashing, or misuse)

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., lube)
  • Pre-order products
  • Custom products (e.g., assembled keyboards, lubed/filmed switches, personalized builds)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Keyboard Batteries

Each keyboard includes a standard USB-C cable. For compatibility and safety, please:

  • Charge using the included cable.
  • Only charge by connecting to a laptop or PC.
  • Do not use external power sources (wall plugs, extension plugs) as they may overpower and damage the battery.

Our warranty does not cover battery damage resulting from improper charging.

Service Fees

For services such as assembly, stabilizer tuning, soldering, de-soldering, switch lubing, or switch filming:

  • You may cancel for a full refund of service fees if work has not yet started.
  • Once work has begun, service fees are non-refundable.
  • Example: If you order a custom build but cancel before assembly starts, we can ship the parts individually and refund the assembly fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong item was received

We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
  • Refunds will incur prevailing payment processing charges, including a 5% transaction fee.
